Workflow automation
Document extraction, validation rules, exception handling, and the integration into your TMS, ERP or database. One workflow, end to end, in production. This is where most of our work sits and where the savings come from.
AI consulting and workflow automation
We build the AI that reads your paperwork, makes the judgement calls, and hands clean records to the systems you already run. Live in six weeks.
Sound familiar
Invoices and shipping documents arrive as scans, phone photos and forwarded email, then get keyed in by hand.
Every supplier formats things differently, so the rules you wrote last year already broke.
Month end waits on paperwork, and nobody can say how far behind the queue actually is.
You priced enterprise software for this and it cost more than the problem does.
What we do
Most firms stop at the strategy deck. We stay through deployment and keep the thing accurate once real documents start hitting it.
Document extraction, validation rules, exception handling, and the integration into your TMS, ERP or database. One workflow, end to end, in production. This is where most of our work sits and where the savings come from.
Where AI helps, where it does not, and what it costs. We test feasibility on your real documents before anyone signs anything, and we tell you when the honest answer is to skip it.
Pipelines that pull your sources together so the automation has clean inputs and your reporting stops disagreeing with itself.
Deployment, monitoring, retraining and rollback. The plumbing that keeps a model useful after launch day.
Summarising, drafting and classifying, used where accuracy can be checked. Not chatbots for the sake of it.
Reading damaged scans and photos, matching stamps and signatures, and inspection work on the factory floor.
Pulling meaning out of contracts, claim notes and email threads, with a confidence score attached to every field.
Warehouse and lake builds for teams whose volume has outgrown spreadsheets and overnight batch jobs.
Industries
Six sectors where we have shipped this work already. If yours is not here, the two week audit tells us both whether it fits.
How it works
No platform to migrate to. No chatbot bolted on the side.
Email attachments, scans, photos taken on a phone in bad light, EDI files. We read them where they already land, so nobody changes how they work.
Container numbers, HS codes, line items, dates, totals. Every value carries a confidence score, and anything the model is unsure about is flagged rather than guessed.
Straight into the TMS, ERP or database you use now. Your team sees the same screens they saw last week, with the typing already done.
Accuracy drifts when suppliers change their templates. We monitor it, retrain when it slips, and send a monthly report with the real numbers in it.
Results
Six people were keying bills of lading into the TMS. Now two review exceptions and the rest of the team moved to customer work.
Claim packets arrived as photo bundles. We built extraction plus a damage classifier and pushed the summary into their claims system.
Goods receipt notes and supplier invoices were reconciled by hand every evening. The matching now runs on its own and only mismatches reach a person. Their finance team closes month end three days earlier.
The six weeks
Send twenty real files. We map the workflow, find the edge cases, and tell you what the model will struggle with before you commit a rupee to the build.
Feasibility, the accuracy we expect to hit, hours saved, and the price. If the honest answer is that this is not worth doing, we say so and you keep the report.
Extraction, validation rules, exception handling, and the integration into your system. You see working output at the end of each week, not a status deck.
Real documents, real users, real complaints. We fix what they find. This is the week that decides whether people actually use the thing.
In production, hitting the accuracy target in the contract. Then the monthly run starts and we keep watching it.
Pricing
Fixed before we start. If the scope changes, we tell you what it costs before we do the work, not after.
Why us
We agree a straight through rate before signing. If the system misses it, we keep working until it lands, at no extra cost.
Zapier and n8n move data between apps. Reading a smudged bill of lading and knowing when it is wrong needs models, training data and someone who has done it before.
No account manager in the middle, and nobody learning on your project. The people on the call are the people writing the code.
Most vendors hand over and disappear, then accuracy quietly decays. The monthly run exists because that is the part that keeps the savings real.
Clients
"They provide more than we ask for, and go the extra mile every time."
"Their insights and tech support made it possible for us to accomplish our goals."
"I was looking for the right partner for my tech solution. I am glad I contacted 5bix."
In two weeks we will tell you whether this is worth building, what it will cost, and how much time it gives back. If the answer is that you should not spend the money, we will say that too.
